With our unique ability to both write the software running your machine and on your PC or mobile device, the ability to share data bi-directionally between the two is virtually limitless.
FORCE specializes in Allen-Bradley PLC development. We can modify your existing program to add additional desired functionality or control, or write a new program from scratch. We can also help if you have an older machine with “legacy” hardware, and want to explore upgrading.
Leveraging affordable embedded hardware such as the Raspberry Pi, FORCE can provide solutions integrated directly into your equipment. Control can come from your machine or a web-based interface. If you can think it up, we can probably come up with a way to do it.
FORCE can take part-information such as build-date, lot number, and/or test results from your process and store it into a database for permanent storage. Query this data using our web-based query-tool, export to Excel, or we can integrate it into your existing software if compatible.
